3. Cancellation by Learner:

ByteUprise reserves the right to cancel a course or service for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of resources, unforeseen circumstances, or if a learner violates the terms of service.

In the event of a cancellation by ByteUprise, learners will be notified, and any payments made for the non-refundable items or services will not be refunded.
